Pierre Bitar est promu Associé

Montréal, QC September 15, 2023 – Phoenix Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Pierre Bitar to the position of Partner of Phoenix Partners Fund II. Since joining Phoenix as Principal in March 2020, Pierre showed exceptional skills in transaction analysis and execution, as well as in due diligence. And most recently, Pierre has developed strong business development abilities, while clearly demonstrating his commitment to our firm. Pierre brings tremendous value and leadership to our business and is an important contributor to our future. I am proud to recognize this by having Pierre join David and I as Partner.

Pierre had a distinguished career in accounting and advisory services before joining Clairus Group Inc. in 2018 as Director, Corporate Development. While at Clairus, a leader in automotive glass distribution, Pierre developed and implemented a growth by acquisition strategy across North America.

In his new role, Pierre will join the investment committee of Phoenix Partners and be responsible for deal sourcing. He will continue to work alongside myself and David in pursuing our mission of partnering with founders, founding families and management to grow their business to new heights.
