Nita Inc. Appoints New CEO

Terrebonne, Québec March 13, 2023 –Nita Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. Charles Magnan has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr. Magnan was previously Chief Operating Officer at Mailhot Industries Inc., a manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders.

Mr. Magnan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in technology management from École Polytechnique de Montréal. He has long worked in sales and business development in the industrial automation and aerospace industries, notably at Bombardier and Mecachrome. “His international experience, market development skills and entrepreneurship are a perfect fit for Nita,” said François Fauteux, Managing Partner at Phoenix Partners, and Chairman of Nita Inc.

He will replace Mr. Normand Lord, who will remain a shareholder and member of the Board while ensuring a transition. “I am very happy with the arrival of Charles at the head of Nita. He has the perfect profile and experience to take the company to the next level, which includes the development of new markets, both in North America and Europe.” added Mr. Lord.
