Pierre Bitar

Pierre joined Phoenix Partners in 2020 as Principal and was named partner in 2023. Pierre plays a key role in the transaction process as well as in portfolio company management. Prior to joining Phoenix Partners, he was Director of M&A at Clairus Group Inc., a leading provider of automotive glass services, and began his career at a Big Four accounting firm.

Pierre is a lecturer at Université du Québec à Montréal and a Director of La Fondation Patro. Pierre obtained a bachelor and a graduate diploma in Accounting from UQAM. He is a CPA, CA and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).
