Patrick Foley

Patrick joined Phoenix Partners in 2020. Over the last 20 years, he was EVP of The Luminaires Group, a North American lighting manufacturer, as well as CEO of Eureka Lighting, one of the Group’s divisions. During his tenure, the Group’s revenue increased 10-fold and the team completed multiple acquisitions across North America. After completing a transaction with a US private equity fund, the Group was acquired in 2019 by the largest lighting manufacturer in North America. Patrick supports our companies in strategic initiatives, acquisition synergies as well as operational improvement.

Patrick is a Director of Groupe BBH, Nita Inc., Unicel Architectural and Apogee Trailers. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from École Polytechnique as well as an MBA from HEC Montréal.
