Miguel Angers

Miguel joined Phoenix Partners in 2024 with over 20 years in executive leadership roles in both publicly traded and privately owned large and SME, leading transformative initiatives in Canada, the US and China. He is known for driving strategic change, building high-performance teams, and fostering a culture of excellence, leaving a lasting impact on organizations.

Prior to joining Phoenix Partners, he was the President of ISN Canada, a PE-backed distributor of automotive tools and equipment. His earlier career includes over 9 years at Uni-Select (LKQ Corporation) in various Vice President roles ranging from merchandising, global sourcing and purchasing, sales and retail store operations.

Miguel earned an MBA in International Management from Université Laval and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université de Sherbrooke.
