Alcor Group is sold to Les Produits Pour Toiture Fransyl Ltée.

Montréal, QC April 20, 2023 –Phoenix Partners Fund I, LP recently sold Alcor Matériaux de Toiture Inc. (“Alcor”) and Esko Manufacturing Ltd. (“Esko”). Esko was acquired by Alcor in 2019, which created the Alcor Group.Produits pour toiture Fransyl Ltée (“Fransyl”), a company headquartered in Terrebonne, has acquired the Alcor Group. Since 1982, Fransyl has been offering quality products to Canadian roofers.

Alcor Group is one of the largest manufacturers of specialized roofing equipment in Canada and the United States under the “Grizzly” and “All Seasons Equipment” brands. The company is also a major supplier of roofing materials in Quebec and Ontario. Alcor Group has experienced sustained growth in these areas and has built a solid reputation for providing high quality products and exceptional service to its customers. Equipment manufacturing has gradually become Alcor Group’s main business activity.
