(\u201cDynamic\u201d), a Canadian leader in the distribution, processing, importing and packaging of meat products, announced the appointment of Mathieu Dumulong as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).).<\/p>\n<p>With more than 25 years of experience, Mathieu Dumulong is recognized for his engaging leadership, close relationships with teams and ability to grow organizations in entrepreneurial environments. His career includes leadership positions at FLB Solutions Alimentaires, Colabor, Molson Coors, Convivia (Commensal\/Pacini) and Labatt, where he successfully led multidisciplinary teams, complex operations and major growth and transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Over the coming months, Mathieu will work closely with the owners to ensure a smooth transition for employees, customers, suppliers and all of the company&#8217;s partners.<\/p>\n<p>This appointment marks the culmination of a succession plan prepared over many years by Pascal Arsenault, St\u00e9phanie Toupin and Phoenix Partners to ensure the company&#8217;s long-term viability, preserve its entrepreneurial culture and support its next phase of growth.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past two years, Dynamic has undergone significant transformation. The company has nearly doubled in size, completed a major expansion of its facility, successfully integrated a strategic acquisition and is now pursuing a growth strategy combining targeted acquisitions and the development of new value-added products.<\/p>\n<p>Under this new leadership structure, Pascal Arsenault will assume the role of Vice-President, Commercial, where he will continue to leverage his market knowledge, close relationships with customers and suppliers, leadership in product innovation and expertise in international sourcing.
