Appoints New CEO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Terrebonne, Qu\u00e9bec March 13, 2023<\/strong> \u2013Nita Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. Charles Magnan has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. <\/p>\n<p>Mr. Magnan was previously Chief Operating Officer at Mailhot Industries Inc., a manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Magnan holds a bachelor&#8217;s degree in mechanical engineering and a master&#8217;s degree in technology management from \u00c9cole Polytechnique de Montr\u00e9al. He has long worked in sales and business development in the industrial automation and aerospace industries, notably at Bombardier and Mecachrome. \u201cHis international experience, market development skills and entrepreneurship are a perfect fit for Nita,\u201d said Fran\u00e7ois Fauteux, Managing Partner at Phoenix Partners, and Chairman of Nita Inc.<\/p>\n<p>He will replace Mr. Normand Lord, who will remain a shareholder and member of the Board while ensuring a transition. \u201cI am very happy with the arrival of Charles at the head of Nita.
